TV Week Logies, Australian television’s night of nights

The TV Week Logies, Australian television’s night of nights, was an evening of glamour, red carpet jewellery, fashion and most importantly recognition of the hard work and dedication of those involved in the Australian television industry.   The 61st annual TV Week Logies returned to The Star, Gold Coast and Calleija graced some of the most beautiful stars of the Australian screen.

The ever stunning and talented Amanda Keller was breathtaking in her bespoke Mary Ioannidis gown. Renowned for timeless, feminine pieces Mary custom designed Amanda’s gown especially for the Logies. Recognised for her extensive work this year Amanda was nominated for four Logies, including the Gold Logie, Most Popular Presenter, Most Popular Entertainment as part of Dancing with the Stars and Most Popular Lifestyle Program as part of The Living Room. Calleija were delighted to dress Amanda in red carpet jewels this year including creating a bespoke diamond ring custom designed and made for Amanda to complement her Mary Ioannidis gown. The finishing touch was an intricate diamond ear cuff, with detachable drops of white diamonds crafted in white gold. Calleija was delighted to work with the very talented Caitlin Stewart who styled Amanda Keller for this year’s Logies and brought together her red carpet look to perfection, including the best red carpet shoes by Bared Footwear.

Captivating in Vera Wang and Calleija Jewels the beautiful Essie Davis was a red-carpet favourite. Essie’s career is a storybook of incredible roles and her versatility on screen and stage made it a great honour to be invited to dress her for the 2019 TV Week Logies. Penny Hunt, the skilled creative stylist from Around the Corner Creative selected a series of shades of pink jewels  to complement Essie’s gown. The Calleija Morganite earrings looked stunning against Essie’s dark hair and shimmered with her every step. Giving a contemporary edge, a split ring designed by John Calleija featuring an astar cut Morganite and Amethyst crafted in 18ct rose gold was paired with an Astar cut morganite ring of another shade of pink and this time crafted in 18ct white gold. The Astar cut is a special cut designed by John Calleija and features a unique faceted table.

A true star that lights up every room she walks in to, the gorgeous and vibrant Shelley Craft looked sensational in her rich blue customised strapless jumpsuit, with floor length pleated skirt by Karen Gee. The striking colour looked sensational in contrast to the brilliant white diamond earrings and bangle crafted by Calleija. Radiating the warmth Shelley is known for and to give a pop of colour an incredible Calleija 4.51ct Yellow diamond ring was the perfect diamond ring to complete the look. Nominated for a Logie as part of The Block, Shelley was a definite crowd favourite with those waiting near the red carpet to catch a glimpse of the stars.

Nominated for a Logie for Most Popular Actress Marta Dusseldorp absolutely shone on the red carpet and on Logies stage. Her eye-catching Carla Zampatti dress and beautiful look were styled again by the lovely Penny Hunt. Sheer elegance like this needed stunning black and white diamonds. Marta wore a combination of jewels including a black diamond bracelet stacked with an intricate white diamond bracelet partnered with diamond rings from the Zara Phillips Collection by Calleija, including a black and white diamond coronet ring and a full pave set black diamond saddle ring.

Winning a Logie with the cast of Wentworth for Most Outstanding Drama Series a chance meeting with incredibly delightful and accomplished Tammy MacIntosh, on the eve of the Logies, saw her wearing Calleija jewels. Warm yellow golds and beautiful detailing make the gorgeous Eliana ring a wonderful addition to Tammy’s striking black gown. A fine yellow gold diamond line bangle complemented her look and showed classic elegance is timeless both day and night.

Calleija statement earrings really shone on the TV Week Logies red carpet and the Calleija Aranyani earrings featuring two rich green Tourmalines were made even more brilliant by the gorgeous Tara Dennis. Known for her interior design skills and her role on Better homes and Gardens Tara wore these showstopper earrings along with the Calleija Symphony ring featuring swirls of diamonds including rare Argyle Pink Diamonds. The stunning Meraki Official gown and look were styled by the masterful Pip Cook with Tara ‘s look being completed by the addition of a unique diamond tennis bracelet designed with offset oval diamonds surround by white diamond halos.

Well known in both Australia and the United Kingdom for her acting the beautiful Emily Symons looked radiant wearing long drop “Motion” pearl and diamond earrings. The natural beauty of white Australia South Sea Pearls and diamonds were eye catching when paired with the sequins of the shimmering custom made Velani gown styled by Pip Cook. With such a timeless elegant look Calleija loved dressing Emily for the 61st TV Week Logie Awards.
