Calleija is delighted that you chose a special jewel from us. We are sure it will bring you joy for many years to come however on the rare occasion that you are not 100% satisfied you are welcome to return the piece to Calleija for a full refund or exchange. The Calleija returns policy excludes items made or ordered specifically to your requirements, personalised items and Calleija Gift Cards. Please ensure when returning the jewel that you return it in the original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) and all certificates, guarantees and valuations. Your returned piece will be checked by our gemmologists and jewellers on return to ensure the piece is in original undamaged condition and verify its authenticity. If you would like to return a piece, please contact us as soon as possible and ensure to return the unworn item to us within 30 days.
If any goods are faulty we will meet our statutory obligations to provide a remedy.Please refer to The Consumer Rights Act 2015 that says goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If you believe your items are faulty you may be eligible for a refund, repair, or replacement but Calleija must be notified within 30 days of goods received.

Please note that we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on bespoke items or special orders. This means that we cannot provide refunds or exchanges on items that have been specially made to order for you, items that have been altered or personalised in any way, and products that are not normally stocked by Calleija Jewellers but have been ordered specially at your request. Bespoke or specially ordered products may only be returned if they are faulty or were supplied incorrectly. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds can only be made to the credit or debit card used to purchase the goods. Therefore, if a gift recipient wishes to return goods, we cannot offer a cash refund, but can offer an exchange or gift voucher. Our refund policy does not affect your statutory rights for return of goods under UK legislation such as the Sale of Goods Act 1979.
There are certain types of rings that we are unable to re-size. Depending on the metal and style of the ring, for example whether it has a design or stones set around the band, it may not be possible for us to adjust it. With this in mind, please ensure your ring is unworn if you require a different size, as we may need to exchange it.
Calleija Christmas Giving Tree & Giving Garland Promotion
Promotion commences 1st December 2020 until 24 December 2020. Limit to one per customer. Excludes repairs and lay-by purchases. Calleija reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion without notice
We believe that all our jewels are of the highest quality and will guarantee them against manufacturing defects. This guarantee will be honoured by all Calleija boutiques but does not cover general wear and tear, resizing or polishing and plating. These rights are additional to and do not detract from your statutory rights. Further information about your statutory rights on returns of goods are available at www.consumerdirect.gov.uk
